La Bresse

The highest municipality in the Vosges, La Bresse is a four-season mountain resort: skiing and snowshoeing in winter, mountain biking, hiking and lakes in summer.

By car: La Bresse, in the upper Moselotte valley (~30 min from Gérardmer).

History

A former textile and cheese-making town rebuilt after 1944, it has developed a renowned mountain tourism scene.
